JENNIFER KUTRUFF PINNICK ANNOUNCES CANDIDACY FOR JOHNSON COUNTY PROSECUTOR
FRANKLIN, IN – Today, Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, Jennifer Kutruff Pinnick, announced her intent to be on the ballot to serve as the next Johnson County Prosecutor in 2026.
Pinnick was born and raised in Johnson County, leaving only to pursue her education and returning to live and raise her family. She graduated from Franklin Community High School, Indiana University, and Indiana University School of Law.
For more than two decades, Jennifer has dedicated her career to the criminal justice system. She proudly serves as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, standing up for victims and protecting families from crime. She has built her career on strength, integrity and a deep commitment to justice – values she also lives every day as a wife, mother and neighbor. For the first eighteen years of her career, Jennifer was a criminal deputy prosecutor practicing in every Court in Johnson County. For the past five years, Jennifer has led the child support division of the Prosecutor’s Office both in and out of the courtroom.
“Johnson County residents deserve peace of mind when it comes to the safety of our communities,” says Pinnick. Jennifer says she “will focus on strong, fair prosecution that holds offenders accountable while serving as a deterrent to criminal activity.” She is dedicated to working with all county law enforcement agencies for the common goal of keeping Johnson County a great place to live and protected from crime ridden Marion County.
Pinnick is also involved in the Johnson County Republican Women’s Club and the National Federation of Republican Women.
She is married to Matt and together they have three daughters. She is a member of Victory Christian Church in Franklin.
